The Origin Legend
A Goat Herder. A Hillside. A Discovery That Changed Everything.
Somewhere in the highlands of Ethiopia, around the ninth century, a goat herder named Kaldi noticed his flock dancing after eating berries from a wild tree. Curious, he picked some himself. That night, he was wide awake.
Word spread, monks brewed the berries, and soon the world had coffee. It is a story about curiosity, about following your senses, and about something wild turning into something extraordinary.
Wild Goat Coffee Co was built on that same spirit. We trace every bean we roast back to its origin, because great coffee starts long before the cup.

Every bag of Wild Goat coffee is a careful assembly of beans from multiple growing regions. Timor brings body and earthiness. India adds spice and depth. Africa lifts the cup with fruity brightness. Central and South America round it all out with sweetness and balance.
The result is a robust espresso blend that holds its own black, cuts through milk cleanly, and tastes like someone put real thought into it. Because they did.
